Q&A with Brittany - Meet our newest star stylist

We are excited to introduce our newest senior stylist, Brittany!
Brittany, 26, originally hails from Devon and joined Head Office Creative Hair Studios towards the end of last year.
A true talent in the industry, Brittany's creative styling and colouring skills are exceptional and have seen her become a fast favourite with our clients.
On top of her technical expertise, Brittany's big smile and warm personality are also an asset to our salon. She is dedicated to making every client's experience a special one by listening to their hair goals and working closely with them to achieve their dream look.
To get to know Brittany a little better check out our Q&A with her below...
1. How long have you been hairdressing?
I began my journey in hair styling nearly seven years ago as a trainee at a well-known salon. Eventually, I ventured out on my own and built a loyal client base before joining the team here at Head Office Creative Hair Studios.
2. What inspired you to become a hairdresser?
When I was younger, I loved experimenting with my own hair colour at home. It made me want to know more and learn how to become a hairdresser.
3. What are your favourite things about hairdressing?
I love that it's non-stop learning! There's always a new technique or trend to discover. Plus, I've been told I'm chatty, so having a job where talking to clients and getting to know them is an important part of the role is a bonus!
4. What's your typical day like at Head Office?
As a senior stylist, my days are typically spent refreshing hair and creating new looks for our clients. This could be a tailor-made balayage or a complete colour and cut transformation. I'm so lucky the team here are great to work with too, we're like a little family and support each other to deliver the best service to our clients.
5. If you could impart one piece of hairdressing wisdom to your clients, what would it be?
Take your time getting to your end goal. It’s better to have healthy hair and achieve your end look slowly, than achieve it sooner, but damage your hair in the process.
6. Who is your all-time style icon when it comes to hair?
It's got to be Kylie Jenner. She’s forever changing up her hair colour and, like me, is obsessed with red tones.
7. What is your can't-live-without hair product, and why?
My new favourite is K18 Molecular Repair Hair Mask. It's a leave-in treatment that reverses hair damage in 4 minutes, and the results I've seen are brilliant.
8. Tell me about your proudest moments as a hairdresser?
It’s always great when you achieve what someone wants, especially if you're able to do it sooner than you thought with a dramatic colour change. There's nothing like the feeling of seeing how happy clients are after making their hair goals come true.
9. In the salon, I'll always want to talk about...
Hair colours! I’m a bit of a newbie to the Redken range and am now obsessed with them. I'm also fan of all things reality TV.
10. Outside of Head Office, you'll most likely find me...
I’ve had a bit of a health kick lately so have been going to the gym a lot! Aside from that, I love my food and going out or catching up with my friends.
