Everything included, nothing added on. This is for big changes and fresh starts: correcting brassy or patchy colour from a previous salon, blending out old highlights, or making the move to blonde for the first time.
We'll be honest with you at consultation. Some transformations take more than one visit to protect the health of your hair, and if yours does, we'll map out every step so you know exactly where you're heading.

Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, and it's simple. First, fill in our short consultation form so we can learn about your hair, your history and the blonde you have in mind. Then come in for an in-person consultation with your stylist. It means we can recommend the right service, give you a clear price and plan your appointment properly.
Why does my blonde keep turning brassy?
Lightened hair always has warm tones underneath. If it isn't lifted far enough before it's toned, that warmth shows through as the tone fades. We plan your blonde in the chair to stay bright, then give you a simple aftercare routine to protect it at home.
Will it damage my hair?
Protecting your hair's condition comes first. Every 1:1 blonding service includes a bond-building treatment, and we'll never push your hair further than it can safely go.
Can I go from dark to bright blonde in one appointment?
Sometimes, but not always. If your hair needs more than one visit to get there safely, we'll tell you at consultation and plan every step, so you know exactly what to expect.
How long will I be in the salon?
Lived-In, Dimensional and High Impact Blonde take 4 hours. A Complete Blonde Transformation takes 4 to 5 hours, and a Face Frame Blonde takes 2.5 hours. Your stylist is with you the whole time, and we'll confirm your timing when you book so you can plan your day.
Will the price change on the day?
No. Your price is agreed at consultation, including anything extra your hair needs, so there are no surprises at the desk.
Can you cover grey hair?
Yes. Full grey coverage at the root can be added to any service, and we'll include it in your price at consultation.
